We are a real estate agent/lawyer in Spain. Costa Cálida and Costa Blanca South. Our strength is the combination of sales, rentals, and full (legal) support. Rentals are handled by our company Kuma Luxury Holiday Spaces.

Our rental company, called Kuma Holiday Spaces, focuses entirely on vacation/short-term rentals within the luxury segment. This is very profitable in this region because the warm winters ensure a high occupancy rate (year-round). In winter, this region is very popular among golfers. We have responded to this by offering golf packages. Kuma provides an all-in service (bookings, management, and cleaning). The demand for rental accommodations within the luxury segment continues to grow strongly, as tourists seek unique locations to stay. Unique locations, but also unique experiences.
